Under 10 Low - (20 teams) 15 min games 5 min change over (be ready straight away) -->Top 4 ply for champions league, bottom 4 play for Europa League (losing semi-finalisits play for 3rd plcae cup. 5th place finals
Under 10 Mid to High - (8 teams) 20 min games 5 min change over (be ready straight away) Top 4 ply for champions league, bottom 4 play for Europa League (losing semi-finalisits play for 3rd plcae cup
Under 11 (lower) - (6 teams) 22 min games 3 min change over (be ready straight away) Some back to back games but factored in some breaks --> All teams play each other. Champions League Final 1st v 2nd -- Europa League 3rd v 4th and winners cup 5th v 6th

Welcome to North East Skills Youth U9, U10 and U11 tournament.

*Organisers and officals say is final STRICLTY NO ACADEMY/PRE ACADEMY PLAYERS U9/10 Size 3 football U11 Size 4 football - please bring a ball
1- All players must be under their respective age limits. If challenged, Managers must be able to provide evidence of the age of their players. Any team found to be in breach of this rule, could be disqualified from the tournament. 2- Maximum of 2 guest players (and should be declared) 3- Games are straight through no HT Under 9 - 15 min games 5 min change over (be ready straight away) Under 9 Gen Low - 20 min games 5 min change over (be ready straight away) Under 10 - 15 min games 5 min change over (be ready straight away) Under 11 - 22 min games 5 min change over (be ready straight away)
4- Should the semi-final/final finish level - a penalty shootout will decide the winner (3 pens then sudden death) 5- 3 points for a win, 1 point for draw, 0 for loss 6- Should teams finish the league level on points GD will decide position followed by goals scored then head to head 6b- During knockout stages pen shootout will decide winner (3 penalities then sudden death) - 3 diff players intiailly then rotate through team until winner 7- U9/U10 No offsides - Keeper not allowed to pick up ball is their player passes it to them
U11- There are OFFSIDES judged by the ref (not linesman)
8- U9/10 = At goal kicks the opposition MUST retreat to the half way line Quick goal kicks can be taken before retreat at goalkeeper’s discretion. (U11 no retreat)
9- Substitutions allowed: - Roll on, roll off substitutions to be made, with the referees permission. 10- Foul and abusive language and/or violence will not be tolerated. Foul and abusive language and/or violence from spectators and other club officials towards players and/or officials will result in your team being disqualified and reported to the County FA 11- Any player booked (yellow card) will miss the next game. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the team being disqualified. Any player sent off will NOT play again in this tournament. All misconduct/discipline will be reported to the relevant County FA as per FA Rules. All bookings and send off’s will be reported by the referee. 12- There will be no refunds to monies paid, because of adverse weather.
